Corales Suites, Puerto Morelos

My stay at Corales Suites had its ups and downs. The pool area was nice and the staff were friendly, but the internet was terrible and the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. Mold and poor maintenance were noticeable, making the experience less enjoyable overall.

Corales Suites offers a great experience with clean rooms and a stunning ocean view, along with a convenient location near the town center. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a plan during the power outage. However, we missed using beach amenities due to a lack of information and experienced some minor water issues during our stay.

Our stay was quite mixed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, and the facilities were functional, including a nice pool area. However, we encountered significant issues with water pressure and hot water, which made our experience less enjoyable. Despite these problems, the staff did their best to assist us, and the overall accommodation has potential if the water issues are resolved.

I had a really disappointing experience at Corales Suites. Despite reserving a Deluxe King Room with a partial ocean view a month in advance, they didn't honor my reservation and put me in a completely different room with issues. On the other hand, I had an amazing stay in a two-bedroom apartment at another location, which had great amenities and a fantastic view. So, my experience was very mixed.

My stay at Corales Suites was quite memorable with its stunning ocean views and a cozy atmosphere. Danny at the reception was incredibly helpful, particularly during a brief power outage when he ensured we had a backup plan. The only drawback was the lack of beach chair information until our last day. Overall, it's a charming place with a clean room and equipped amenities, but some minor service details could improve the experience.
